JobNextly is a job tracking tool designed to help job seekers streamline and organize their application process with ease. Whether you're actively hunting or passively exploring opportunities, JobNextly provides a structured way to manage applications, follow-ups, interviews, and more — all in one place.
Project Status
JobNextly is currently under active development. While not fully launched yet, the core features are being thoughtfully built and tested to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience. The goal is to create a reliable tool that empowers users to stay in control of their job search journey.
Technology Stack
JobNextly is built using modern, production-ready technologies focused on performance, scalability, and developer experience:
- Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Backend & Database: Supabase, Prisma ORM
- Authentication: Supabase Auth
- Other Tools: Git & GitHub for version control and collaboration
Current Progress & Features
The following core components have been implemented or are in progress:
- User Authentication – Secure and smooth sign-up/sign-in with Supabase Auth
- Dashboard – A clean, responsive dashboard to track all job applications at a glance
- Job Application Management – Add, update, and categorize applications across various stages
- Status Labels & Notes – Track statuses like “Applied”, “Interviewed”, “Offered”, etc., with custom notes
- Mobile-Friendly UI – Designed for both desktop and mobile use

- Automated Follow-ups – Smart reminders for follow-ups and pending applications
- Resume & Document Storage – Upload resumes and cover letters for quick access
